Holly Galinskie focuses her practice in the area of construction defect. She has previously litigated first-party property, personal injury protection, glass and SIU/Fraud defense.
Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, Holly earned her bachelors degree in criminal justice from the University of Miami. During her time in college, Holly served as an administrative assistant with the University’s Department of Residence Halls and interned with the U.S. Secret Service. She went on to earn her law degree, graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she also served as an editor for the Inter-American Law Review. In addition, she gained valuable experience through internships with a U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to joining the firm, Holly handled first-party property and general liability claims at a regional law firm and served for several years as Liberty Mutual’s Florida Designated SIU attorney. Her extensive legal experience includes handling insurance defense, as well as commercial and securities litigation
Education
In her spare time, Holly loves spending time with her husband and two sons. She is an avid mystery reader, an animal lover and a Miami Hurricanes fan.
