Hillary Lovelady is a seasoned insurance defense attorney with extensive experience handling bodily injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters and other tort actions. For more than a decade, she has advised and defended insurers and corporate clients, skillfully guiding cases from initial investigation and strategy development through motion practice and trial preparation to achieve results aligned with client goals.
Hillary began her legal career at a small South Florida insurance defense firm, where she concentrated on first-party property claims. Seeking to deepen her trial and mediation experience, she volunteered with AmeriCorps at Legal Services of North Florida, where she represented clients in small claims court and administrative proceedings. This hands-on work sharpened her courtroom instincts and refined her client advocacy skills.
Hillary brings a clear-headed and a results-driven approach to defense representation. Her strong analytical skills – particularly in evaluating liability, causation, and exposure–combined with her motion practice experience, enables her to help clients mitigate risk, control defense costs, and achieve favorable resolutions and verdicts.
Education
Outside the office, Hillary enjoys refining her coffee-brewing skills, baking desserts inspired by her favorite television shows, and spending quality time with her husband and three children. She also serves as the Youth Leader at her church and volunteers as a USA Swimming official through Florida Swimming.
