Hillary Lovelady is an experienced attorney specializing in insurance defense disputes, handling a wide range of cases, including special investigative unit (SIU) matters, automobile negligence, premises liability, first-party claims, and personal injury protection (PIP). With over a decade of experience, Hillary is highly skilled in Motions for Summary Judgment and complex discovery issues with additional expertise in insurance fraud, CPT coding and billing disputes, making her a well-rounded advocate.

Hillary began her career at an insurance defense firm in South Florida, focusing on first-party property claims. Seeking to deepen her trial and mediation experience, she volunteered with AmeriCorps at Legal Services of North Florida, where she represented clients in small claims court and administrative proceedings.
