Geoff Cuccuini focuses his practice primarily on premises liability and automobile claims.

A native of Ocean City, New Jersey, Geoff has called Naples, Florida home since high school. He earned several scholarships to the University of Florida, where he earned his bachelors degree. Prior to attending law school, Geoff played an instrumental role in launching a small business that would grow into a thriving local bakery.

Geoff was awarded a full scholarship to attend Ave Maria School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Throughout law school, Geoff distinguished himself with multiple academic honors and Moot Court Awards. He has been a proud member of the Florida Bar since October of 2020.

Before joining Kubicki Draper, Geoff worked as a general litigation attorney, specializing in criminal defense where he honed his ability to think critically and craft compelling arguments – skills that serve him well in complex civil cases.
