Garvin Persad focuses his practice on insurance defense, handling bodily injury (BI), uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims for automobile and trucking accidents, as well as premises liability cases. In his early years with the firm, Garvin focused on personal injury protection.

Prior to joining the firm, Garvin worked in the financial crimes division of a major financial institution, gaining valuable insight into regulatory and compliance issues.

Garvin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. During law school, he interned with the 9th Judicial Circuit Public Defenders office, where he developed a deeper understanding of criminal defense strategies and courtroom procedures. He also contributed to the Pro-Se Clinic within the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court, where he assisted with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, which sharpened his skills in bankruptcy law and client advocacy.
