Gabriela Jadan practices in the areas of insurance and general liability defense with an emphasis on premises liability, automobile liability, negligent security, including wrongful death cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Gabriela gained invaluable experience working for an insurance defense firm representing nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and general negligence claims. Earlier in her carrier, she served as a prosecutor at the Broward State Attorney’s Office where she honed her litigation skills by conducting jury trials and evidentiary hearings on complex cases, including first-degree felonies.

Gabriela graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she interned at the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement division. At these agencies, Gabriela contributed to trial preparation and drafted pleadings which resulted in favorable results. Gabriela also practiced family law, representing clients in a variety of domestic matters. Her diverse legal background enables her to bring a multi-faceted perspective to her advocacy and provides her clients with outstanding, results-driven representation.
