Prior to his legal career, Frank served in law enforcement and the military from 1988 to 1995. As an Infantry Assault Team Leader with the U.S. Marine Corps’ 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield in 1991, he demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership. His service record includes various overseas deployments and prestigious service recognitions such as the National Defense Service Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Marine Unit and Navy Unit Citations, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, and two Overseas Deployment Ribbons. Frank’s remarkable service reflects his dedication to both his country and the principles of justice that he upholds in his legal practice.
