Francesca Simonian is a civil litigation attorney who focuses her practice on insurance defense with an emphasis on motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, property damage, and nursing home negligence defense. Francesca has experience defending legal malpractice and construction defect cases, and she has a background in first-party property defense.

Originally from Libertyville, Illinois, Francesca graduated magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2017, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Legal Studies and minor in Psychology. As an undergraduate, Francesca interned in the homicide department at the State Attorney’s Office for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Francesca earned a Dean’s Merit Scholarship to the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2020. While in law school, Francesca was awarded Honors in the Litigation Skills Program, and she participated in the Children and Youth Law Clinic where she assisted foster children with various legal issues, including but not limited to, obtaining US citizenship. She also participated in the Start-Up Law Practicum where she assisted start-up businesses with obtaining trademarks and preparing confidentiality agreements.
