Fernando Parada is a civil attorney focused on automotive negligence and liability defense, with experience in both first-party and third-party defense.

Fernando began his legal career representing clients in family law and landlord-tenant relations, where he developed a strong foundation in advocacy and negotiation. He later transitioned into workers’ compensation law, handling complex, high-stakes matters.

A firm believer in the power of clear client communication and intense preparation, Fernando approaches every stage of litigation with purpose.

Before attending college and law school, Fernando proudly served four years as an active-duty United States Marine. From 2011 to 2015, he was an Infantry Rifleman and completed two expeditionary deployments. His military experience instilled in him the discipline, resilience and focus that define his approach to the law.
