Erin Renee Johnston focuses her practice on automobile and motorized vehicles, Fraud / SIU / EUO and premises liability cases. She began her legal career as a Judicial Staff Attorney for Circuit Court judges of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in Tampa, Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Erin spent five years as an associate attorney at a civil litigation law firm in Jacksonville, Florida, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2008. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review and received the book award for the highest grade in numerous classes including Evidence and Pretrial Litigation Drafting.
Erin is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association. She also serves as the Chair-Elect on the Board of the Jacksonville Chapter of the UCF Alumni Association.
