Emily Smith has over a decade of experience representing insurance carriers in first-party property insurance disputes throughout Florida. This experience includes zealously representing her clients through summary judgments and jury trials, while passionately focusing on personalized client service.

Licensed in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. She is a proud graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude with her bachelors degree in international affairs. A Miami native and third generation attorney, Emily attended Westminster Christian School in Palmetto Bay, Florida from Pre-K through 12th grade.
