Elian Hernandez focuses his practice on insurance defense, with a particular emphasis on automobile and motorized vehicle liability. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2019 and received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2023.

During law school, Elian sharpened his practical skills through specialized workshops in counseling and negotiation. He also gained hands-on experience providing legal guidance to emerging startups on foundational issues through the Berger Entrepreneurial Law Clinic.

Before joining Kubicki Draper, Elian represented a leading national bank in consumer debt collection litigation involving FDCPA-related claims and regulatory compliance matters.
