Devin Connell focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury protection (PIP) and first party property matters. In PIP matters, he has extensive experience from handling motions for summary judgment to conducting examinations under oath. In the area of first-party property claims, Devin handles both interior and exterior coverage disputes, overseeing cases from initial intake to resolution.

Devin earned both his bachelors and master’s degrees in political science at Georgia State University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was an active campus leader. He served on the Inaugural Committee and was elected the first Executive Managing Editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review. Additionally, Devin gained valuable experience through his participation in a mediation clinic through the University of Florida in the Alachua County Courthouse.

After law school, Devin clerked at a law firm located in his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida, where he developed a wide range of skills to better serve his clients. Since joining Kubicki Draper in April 2023, Devin has practiced extensively in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, as well as first-party property cases.
