Denise Stocker brings over a decade of litigation experience, handling premises liability, catastrophic trucking related accidents, and automobile negligence matters involving traumatic brain & surgical injuries. With a track record of success, Denise has achieved favorable verdicts in civil litigation cases and secured multiple dismissals for her clients through motions for summary judgment and fraud-related claims.

Denise earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, from the University of Alabama in 2007 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2010. She is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

While in law school, Denise was approved by the Florida Supreme Court to represent clients in court, as a Certified Legal Intern, at Florida State University, School of Law’s Public Interest Center.
