David Frantz focuses his practice on personal and commercial first-party property, personal injury protection, and premises liability matters. With over 10 years of legal experience, David has tried dozens of cases before both criminal and civil juries. He began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit, where he represented clients in a wide range of felony cases and served as the Public Defender’s Representative on the Charlotte County Drug Court board. During this time, David honed his ability to empathize with clients while guiding them through difficult legal challenges, always striving to balance compassion with honesty and objectivity.

In 2020, David brought his creative and zealous approach to Kubicki Draper, specializing in insurance defense, where he has since handled hundreds of cases involving property claims—primarily hurricane-related—and personal injury matters, including automobile accidents and premises liability. He has also carved out a specialty in veterinary malpractice defense.

David’s approach to law is grounded in a philosophy inspired by Socrates’ famous quote: “All I know is that I know nothing.” He believes that in order to effectively serve his clients, it’s crucial to remain open to new information, continually question things, and never become so confident that he stops learning. This mindset allows him to dive deeply into every case to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
