Danielle Perez, with several years of experience as an Assistant Public Defender, brings a wealth of expertise to KD. Her current focus is on specializing in complex litigation across multiple areas, including premises liability — encompassing negligent security — veterinary malpractice, garage keepers’ liability, products liability, construction defect and accident disputes. Having successfully navigated numerous cases to verdict and skillfully litigated hundreds of motions, Danielle has proven herself as a formidable litigator.
