Danielle Capitini is in the firm’s complex trial practice division, specializing in complex personal injury, automobile negligence, and bad faith claims administration defense. She has litigated in various state courts across Florida.
Danielle earned her Bachelors of Arts in Criminology and Law, with minors in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences and Florida Teaching from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with a 3.99 GPA. As an undergraduate, she interned with the Honorable Judge Alan Fine in Miami, Florida. She then attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as a Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and competed on the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Danielle held multiple internships, including clerkships for the Honorable Spencer Levine at the Fourth District Court of Appeal, the Office of the State Attorney, as well as a local family law firm. She earned the CALI Best Student “Book” Award in both Legal Research and Writing, and Advanced Legal Research and Writing, graduating cum laude and in the top 20% of her class in 2018.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Danielle practiced at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, where she successfully advocated for numerous clients in the areas of disability, dependency, special education, and family law. During her time at Legal Aid, Danielle investigated, researched, and drafted complaints to the United States Department of Justice, the Florida Department of Education, and the Department of Administrative Hearings, resulting in systemic relief for those in comprehensive schools, Florida DJJ programs and jails. Additionally, she successfully settled numerous family law cases during her tenure there.

In her free time, Danielle serves as an active board member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar, where she has held multiple chair positions and assisted in raising money for local non-profit organizations.
