Daniel Freire specializes in automobile and motorized vehicle law, with a particularized emphasis on Fraud/SUI/EUO (Special Investigation Unit/Examinations Under Oath), personal injury protection, personal injury, declaratory actions, and auto glass matters. As a second-generation Cuban-American lawyer, Daniel brings a specific cultural perspective to his legal practice.

Daniel’s academic journey began at the University of Central Florida (UCF). After graduating from UCF, Daniel continued to pursue his studies at Florida’s first and oldest law school, Stetson College of Law. There, Daniel actively engaged in various legal organizations, such as the Hispanic Bar Association. He also volunteered at the IRS VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program during his studies, offering a complimentary helping hand to those in need of assistance with preparing their tax returns.

Beyond the legal sphere, Daniel’s interests include building computers, camping, sport shooting, and travel.
