Daniel Mantzoor focuses his practice on construction law, representing a wide range of clients including owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, in complex construction defect disputes, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. He has experience litigating in state court, federal court, and arbitration in Florida.
With a profound passion for the intricacies of construction law, Daniel is committed to delivering tailored solutions to each and every client. He leverages his extensive knowledge in dispute resolution, risk mitigation, and courtroom advocacy to provide strategic guidance.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was actively involved in the International & Comparative Law Review and served as the Vice President of the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society. He also gained hands-on experience as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. His advocacy skills were recognized as a distinguished member of the UM Trial Team, and he received the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for his commitment to trial advocacy.
Prior to law school, Daniel achieved a bachelors degree in business management from the University of Florida.
