Chloe Buikus practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on motor vehicle and trucking negligence, premises liability—including negligent security—products liability and construction defect. She is committed to delivering effective representation in a range of cases, including wrongful deaths and other high-exposure matters.
Her journey with Kubicki Draper began as a law clerk, demonstrating her dedication and commitment.
Originally from South Florida, Chloe earned her undergraduate degree in telecommunication from the University of Florida. She then attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2024 supported by a Merit Scholarship. During law school, Chloe served as the Managing Editor of the International Law Review and interned in the felony division of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she gained invaluable insights into the legal system.
Her commitment to excellence was clear through her consistent recognition on the Dean’s List and her receipt of the CALI Excellence Award in Bankruptcy.
