Charles Kondla practices within wide range of legal matter with a focus on complex litigation in the fields of premises liability, wrongful death and construction defect. While a significant portion of his practice is dedicated to general liability matters including premises liability, Charles also  represents owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and product manufacturers in a variety of contexts in the  onstruction defect field. These representations include construction and design defect disputes, construction accident claims, environmental/pollution claims and construction contract/payment disputes.

Charles is a Miami native. He received his B.A. from Florida State University in 2009 and then attained his J.D. from Florida International University in 2013. While in law school, he was a member of the Board of Advocates and participated in the school’s judicial externship program, interning for United States District Court Judge Marcia G. Cooke.
