Charles Kondla is an accomplished attorney with a diverse legal practice, specializing in complex litigation across multiple areas, including premises liability — encompassing negligent security — veterinary malpractice, garage keepers’ liability, products liability, construction defect and accident disputes. He has extensive experience handling wrongful death claims in these areas of law. In the construction defect field, he represents a broad spectrum of clients, including property owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and product manufacturers. His expertise spans construction and design defect litigation, construction accident claims, environmental and pollution claims, as well as construction contract and payment disputes.
A Miami native, Charles earned his B.A. from Florida State University in 2009 and his J.D. from Florida International University in 2013. During law school, he was an active member of the Board of Advocates and gained valuable experience through the judicial externship program. Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, he interned with United States District Court Judge Marcia G. Cooke.
Charles is deeply committed to his cases, with an aim towards achieving positive results for his client by the most efficient means. He understands the significance of each case to his clients and prioritizes clear, consistent communication to keep them informed every step of the way. Beyond his practice, Charles enjoys educating others in the legal field, often participating in presentations, sharing insights on a wide variety of matters involving civil litigation.
