Brittany Herndon focuses her practice on bodily injury defense; specifically, defending pre-suit claims and lawsuits involving motor vehicle accidents. Prior to this, Brittany represented plaintiffs pursuing claims against insurers in motor vehicle accidents, giving her a well-rounded perspective from both sides of the litigation process.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Brittany earned her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida. Although she now resides in South Florida area, she remains actively involved in Jacksonville community’s growth and development.

Brittany is a founding board member and serves as Governance Committee Chair for Becoming Collegiate Academy, a charter school dedicated to serving inner-city students in Jacksonville.
