Brian Gruber focuses his practice on general liability claims, but he also has experience involving first-party property, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, premises liability and vehicle negligence claims. He is admitted to practice in both the state courts and the Federal Courts of the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.

An honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran, Brian brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Green Industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota, and hold undergraduate degrees from St. Petersburg College in Florida.

Brian served on the Florida Supreme Court Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee (MEAC) from 2021 through 2024. He has been a court-appointed county mediator to the Sixth Judicial Circuit since 2015 and for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit since 2019, where he successfully mediated over a 1,000 small claims and county court mediations spanning a wide range of issues. Additionally, Brian is a court-appointed arbitrator in Florida since 2022 and holds certification as a Minnesota Rule 114 Licensed Qualified Neutral, Mediator and Arbitrator.
