Braulio Rodriguez focuses his practice on construction defect claims, with extensive experience in effective dispute resolution both in and out of the courtroom.

Beginning his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County, Florida, Braulio gained valuable courtroom experience through numerous jury trials. Shifting his focus to insurance and liability disputes, he is committed to helping clients settle cases amicably, minimizing the need for costly litigation, but is well-prepared for courtroom proceedings when necessary.

A member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and actively involved in the Florida Bar’s Committee on Professionalism, Braulio is dedicated to maintaining high professional standards. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Braulio is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Federal Middle District of Florida.
