Blake A. Levine focuses his practice on insurance coverage, automotive liability, premises liability, SIU and fraud investigations, examinations under oath, pre-suit disputes, and personal injury protection (PIP) matters. He brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to insurance defense litigation that benefits his clients.
Blake began his legal career on the plaintiff side of insurance disputes, where he gained valuable insight into claimant strategy and case development, and litigation tactics. He later transitioned to serving as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier, providing him with firsthand experience evaluating claims, managing litigation, and navigating coverage issues from the carrier’s perspective. This dual background allows Blake to anticipate opposing arguments and develop effective, proactive defense strategies.
Blake earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in law school, he served on the Academic Disciplinary Board as both an investigator and panelist, reflecting his strong commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.
A zealous advocate for his clients, Blake believes that thorough analysis and strategic decision-making are critical to achieving successful resolutions – whether through negotiation or trial.
Education
Outside the office, Blake is a devoted husband and father of two wonderful daughters. When he is not busy with their extracurricular activities or taking family trips to Disney, he enjoys watching or attending football games, enjoying live theatre, or perfecting his craft on the smoker.
His favorite quote is: “Our lives are fashioned by our choices. First we make our choices, then our choices make us.”
