Beth Allen is a seasoned trial attorney in our construction litigation division with extensive experience litigating cases across Florida. At KD, she represents a wide range of clients including owners, developers, general contractors, and sub-contractors in complex construction defect disputes. Beth’s legal background is broad with previous experience in criminal defense, family law, and subrogation, having represented one of Florida’s largest insurance carriers.

Known for her skill, tenacity and sense of humor, Beth approaches each case with a deep understanding of the financial and emotional toll litigation can take. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through the legal process always focused on achieving the best possible outcome.

Beth earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and her Bachelors of Science degree from Ohio Northern University. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern at the Ohio Supreme Court and as a Law Clerk at the Court of Common Pleas in Butler County, Ohio. Originally from Ohio, Beth has practiced law in Florida since 2005.
