Ashley T. Nortelus focuses her civil litigation defense practice on cases involving motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and bodily injury.
Her journey with Kubicki Draper began as a law clerk, demonstrating her dedication and commitment. Originally from South Florida, Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and sociology from Lourdes University. She then attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2024. During law school, Ashley served as a Junior Associate on the Nova Law Review and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida in the Criminal Division, where she gained valuable insights into the legal system. Ashley’s commitment to excellence was evident through her consistent recognition on the Dean’s List and extensive pro bono hours.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
