Ashley Ruiz is an experienced litigation attorney with a practice spanning a broad spectrum of complex legal matters. She represents clients in construction litigation, commercial and corporate disputes, personal injury matters, electric utility defense, automobile and motorized vehicle claims, trucking accidents, and premises liability actions. Earlier in her career, Ashley also successfully handled first-party property insurance claims.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University and later attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she received multiple academic honors. During law school, she was an active member of the Moot Court Society and earned several distinctions, including placement on the Dean’s List.
