Ashley Findeisen focuses her practice on defending abuse claims, intentional torts, wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley gained valuable experience as a summer law clerk, where she honed her skills in these areas of general civil litigation.

Originally from South Florida, Ashley graduated cum laude from The Florida State University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Development. During her time here, she enjoyed volunteering for various psychology research studies.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law in 2023. During her second year of law school, she was honored with the “Honors in Pretrial: Litigation Skills” award from The Honorable Judge Beovides. She also served as the Secretary of Dean’s Cup, a competitive organization that pairs law students again the University of Miami’s Medical School and involves a series of sports where the goal is to score the most points and win the Dean’s Cup.
