Ashley Dozier focuses her practice on personal injury protection (PIP), as well as pre-litigation and litigation matters involving automobile and motorized vehicle claims, and insurance coverage disputes.

She earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and graduated with honors from Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school, Ashley demonstrated her commitment to excellence by serving on the executive board of the law review.

Ashley began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she honed her skills in motion practice, courtroom advocacy, and trial proceedings. She later transitioned into civil litigation, expanding her experience to include general civil litigation, insurance defense, bodily injury, premises liability, and first-party property matters. This diverse background has equipped Ashley with a comprehensive understanding of both prosecution and defense strategies, making her a versatile and effective advocate for her clients.
