Anish J. Matchani focuses his practice on insurance defense, primarily handling first party claims on residential and commercial properties, personal injury protection, auto glass, pre-suit and general civil litigation. He vigorously defends his client’s interests throughout all stages of litigation, always aiming for the best possible outcome.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Anish worked at a bankruptcy law firm, managing a national portfolio. He gained valuable experience in tailoring services based on each client’s specific needs, and uses these skills in his daily practice.

Anish is admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as all state courts throughout Florida. He earned his bachelors degree in political science and a minor in business administration from the University of Central Florida. Anish earned his law degree from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude.
