Anisa Zwolinski focuses her practice on insurance defense, with an emphasis on automobile accident matters from pre-suit investigation through litigation.

Before joining Kubicki Draper, Anisa worked as a law clerk at another law firm, where she gained experience in government and procurement law. She also completed internships with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Department of Children and Families. These experiences, together with her Moot Court background, strengthened the research, writing, and advocacy skills she brings to her practice.

Anisa earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Florida.
