Andrew Bartuccelli focuses his practice on Construction Defect claims, bringing extensive experience in dispute resolution both in and out of the courtroom.
Starting off his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County, Florida, Andrew honed his litigation skills in the courtroom over the years, successfully leading over twenty jury trials as first chair counsel. After transitioning to civil law, Andrew litigated across various practice areas before discovering a passion in construction defect cases. He is dedicated to helping clients resolve cases amicably, but is equally prepared to vigorously litigate on their behalf.
As a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Andrew upholds the highest ethical and professional standards. He earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2016, following an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
Education
Legal pursuits aside, Andrew is incredibly active, participating in Crossfit, distance swimming and rock climbing, all while cherishing time with his two children.
