Andrew Abreu is an experienced trial attorney who enjoys putting his clients in the most advantageous position possible for all their legal needs. He focuses on matters involving slip and falls, premises liability, and home insurance claims.

While at the Dwayne Andreas School of Law, Andrew spent much of his time working as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, trying multiple cases and learning convictions against criminals before he was even barred. Andrew’s love for trial lead him to serve as the acting Trial Team President and earning the school several notable accolades through competition. Andrew earned the book award for trial practice.

Before joining the Kubicki Draper family, Andrew served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of Orange County, was a member of the Sex Crimes (SVU) unit, as well as playing an active role in the newly formed Traffic Homicide unit. Training the next generation of prosecutors in the Ninth Circuit, as well as taking dozens of cases to verdict, Andrew is right at home in any courtroom. He fights with honor and effectiveness wherever he goes.
