Andrew Abreu is an experienced trial attorney with extensive courtroom experience, having successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict. He thrives under pressure of litigation, always striving to place his clients in the best possible position to achieve favorable outcomes.
While attending Dwayne Andreas School of Law, Andrew spent much of his time working as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, trying multiple cases and learning convictions against criminals before even being barred. Andrew’s love for trial lead him to serve as the acting Trial Team President, where he guided his team to several notable accolades. Additionally, Andrew earned the Book Award for Trial Practice.
Before joining the Kubicki Draper family, Andrew served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of Orange County, where he was a member of the Sex Crimes (SVU) unit and played an active role in the newly formed Traffic Homicide unit. His dedication to the next generation of prosecutors included mentoring aspiring lawyers in the Ninth Circuit, while his hands-on experience in taking cases to verdict, solidified his reputation in the courtroom.
Since joining the firm, Andrew has continued to excel, representing clients in numerous first-party injury cases to verdict. His proven track record, leadership and commitment to justice have earned him the honor of becoming a Shareholder here at the firm.
