Ana Melmer focuses her practice on automobile and motorized vehicles, insurance coverage and pre-suit matters.

Ana started her legal career as a prosecutor fighting for victims of violent crimes and honing her trial skills seeking justice for these victims. Since then, Ana worked in house for several national insurance companies collaborating with claims professionals and defending insureds in personal injury lawsuits.

In addition to her legal practice, Ana serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, where she advocates for children’s rights and works to ensure their protection.

In her free time, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. As a family, they love the outdoors, traveling, exercising, and discovering new restaurants.

The best career advice Ana has ever received is to assume good intentions from those around her. Her proudest personal achievement is raising her children to be kind and caring individuals, while her most fulfilling career accomplishment so far has been serving as a prosecutor, seeking justice for victims of violent crimes.
