Ana Martino focuses her practice on the defense of first- party property and personal injury protection (PIP) claims.

Ana received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 2016, and her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2020.

While in law school, Ana served on the moot court board, was a board member of the Tort Law Society and was part of the appellate litigation clinic. During her third year of law school, Ana became a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade public defender’s appellate division. As an intern, Ana wrote several appellate briefs and went on to argue her first case in front of the Third District Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Ana worked as an associate at another insurance defense firm in Miami, where she honed her skills handling first-party claims.
