Ana Cohen focuses her practice on construction litigation and construction defect claims.

With over a decade of experience in first-party defense and foreclosure litigation, where she represented major banking institutions, Ana transitioned her practice to construction law, bringing a strong courtroom background and sharp legal acumen to her clients in the construction industry.

Ana earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida. During law school, she served on the Nova Law Review and completed an internship with the Office of the Public Defender in Palm Beach County, where she gained valuable courtroom experience representing indigent clients.

Ana is a member of The Florida Bar. Born in the Dominican Republic, she is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base.
