Amber Hraha is an experienced trial attorney specializing in premises liability, automobile negligence, and tax law. With over a decade of practice, she is committed to identifying client goals early and working diligently to achieve successful outcomes. Amber takes a client-centered approach, focusing on each client’s unique needs to develop tailored legal strategies.

Raised on a farm in Iowa, Amber credits her parents for her strong work ethics, sense of community, humility, and integrity. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Iowa State University and studied International Politics at Newcastle University in Australia. From a young age, Amber knew she wanted to become an attorney, so immediately upon graduating, she moved to Jacksonville in 2010 to pursue her degree in law at Florida Coastal School of Law. While there, she also studied and earned an International and Comparative Business Law Certificate from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.

Amber began her legal career in tax law, spending 5 years representing individuals and small businesses before the IRS. She later served as an corporate tax attorney for a Fortune 500 company before transitioning into civil litigation in 2020. Since then, she has defended Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a wide range of cases, including premises liability and automobile negligence. She is a passionate about this work, particularly the responsibility of protecting corporate interests and managing risk.

Experienced in all phases of litigation, from a case’s inception through a jury trial verdict, Amber joined the firm in February of 2025. She looks forward to leveraging her expertise to deliver excellent service to the firm’s clients.
