Amanda Nicole Ramos focuses her practice on complex litigation, including catastrophic personal injury and insurance-related matters. She represents individuals and businesses throughout all stages of litigation, from pre-suit evaluation and investigation through resolution. Amanda emphasizes clear, consistent communication, helping clients understand the legal process, evaluate their options, and make informed decisions as their matters progress.

Before joining Kubicki Draper, Amanda gained experience with the Miami City Attorney’s Office, working on litigation, appellate, land use, and zoning matters. She also gained experience handling personal injury matters in private practice and felony criminal matters with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. These experiences provided a broad foundation in litigation, dispute resolution, and courtroom practice.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she served as President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society and Vice President of Phi Delta Phi. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Florida International University. Amanda is fluent in English and Spanish.
