Allyson Jenks focuses her practice on automobile and motorized vehicles, personal injury protection, fraud and special investigative unit (SIU) claims, examinations under oath, coverage issues, and hospital claims. Prior to joining KD in 2019, Ally worked at an insurance defense firm, focusing on fraud and SIU projects for affirmative litigation. She is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.

Originally from Wheaton, Illinois, Ally attended the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Spanish. She graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a member of the Stetson Law Review, served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant and a Faculty Scholarship Research Assistant, and received the St. Petersburg Times Award for Best Law Review Write-On Competition Paper. She also earned multiple book awards.

Ally volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, and previously served as an Attorney for Children’s Legal Services with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), where she advocated for the safety and well-being of Florida’s children. Ally’s favorite time is spent with her husband and three young children.
