Alison Wojciechowski Fly brings a diverse professional background and broad litigation experience to her practice. She focuses on matters involving automobile and motorized vehicle claims, commercial litigation and transactions, construction, and premises liability.
A native of Daphne, Alabama, Alison earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston, where she studied Corporate Communications with minors in Spanish and Hospitality and Tourism Management. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama before obtaining her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center.
Before entering the legal profession, Alison spent more than a decade in medical sales, developing a strong foundation in business operations, client service, and regulatory matters. She later built her legal career through work in immigration law, service as a prosecutor with the 28th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and private practice experience handling complex matters including mass torts, premises liability, and insurance defense.
Alison is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Alabama, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Her combined business and legal experience allows her to approach each matter with practical insight, strategic focus, and a client-centered mindset.
