Alec Withee is a civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on insurance defense with a focus on first-party property, commercial claims, and personal injury protection matters. He takes a proactive and strategic approach to defending his clients, ensuring their interests are represented through every stage of litigation, with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
Originally from New Hampshire, Alec attended the University of New Hampshire and earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Miami in 2021, where he began his legal career as an associate at Kubicki Draper in the same year.
During his undergraduate studies, Alec was actively involved in both the University of New Hampshire Club Tennis team, and the Mock Trial team.
Alec’s decision to become a lawyer was shaped by his experience with Mock Trial at the University of New Hampshire, as well as his time working at an at-risk youth YMCA camp during college. It was at the camp where Alec discovered his passion for advocating on behalf of others, inspiring him to become a lawyer helping those who cannot advocate for themselves.

In his spare time, Alec enjoys spending time with friends, running, golfing, and watching sports.
