Ajay Dabas’ primary focus is in construction defect and commercial litigation. With extensive experience in handling complex and multi-party litigation, Ajay has successfully defended again serious and catastrophic tort claims, while also addressing construction defects, job site injuries, and contractor disputes in both the state and federal courts.

Ajay represents a broad range of clients, including general contractors, specialty trades, suppliers, manufacturers, developers, and design professionals providing legal counsel in all facets of construction law. He is well-versed in navigating arbitration, mediation, and complex commercial litigation processes to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.
