Andrew Lynn focuses his practice on appellate law while seeking out new challenges presented by complex trial and litigation. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude. He earned his undergraduate degree in English—Professional & Technical Writing—from the University of South Florida.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Andrew had the distinct honor of clerking for the Honorable Stevan T. Northcutt at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal. During his tenure at the court, Andrew gained valuable insight and knowledge applying diverse areas of Florida law to hundreds of cases before the court. Andrew looks forward to leveraging this unique perspective by applying effective strategies over the lifetime of a case and achieving optimal outcomes for his clients.
During law school, Andrew was awarded the Pro Bono Certificate of Outstanding Achievement and Community Service Certificate of Outstanding Achievement. He also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida, interned for the Guardian Ad Litem Program, Gainesville, Florida, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. When not at the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife Allison, fishing, and cooking.
