Andrew Stanco focuses his practice on the defense of claims involving premises and automotive/trucking liability, products liability, intellectual property, wrongful death, catastrophic injury negligence claims, and insurance coverage.
During his time at UCF and Stetson University College of Law, Andrew worked as a law clerk at local plaintiff’s firms focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, mass torts, and first party property claims. He also interned at a large global firm specializing in transactional, commercial, risk and regulatory, legal claims, and governance advisory while studying abroad in London, England.
After graduating from law school, Andrew began is career as an Assistant Public Defender for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, in Tampa, Florida. He's handled thousands of cases in county and circuit court and had the opportunity to try over forty jury and non-jury trials before joining Kubicki Draper.
