His early experiences forged a steadfast commitment to excellence in legal defense. Though he started on the defense side, Joseph’s legal compass guided him to a stint with a Plaintiff's law firm where he gained valuable insights into the other side of the legal spectrum. Yet, the majority of his career was spent with a prominent insurance defense firm where he honed his skills in the art of defense.

As his legal journey continued, Joseph was appointed Deputy Corporation Counsel and Head of Litigation for Maui County, Hawaii. In this role, he represented the Mayor and Police Chief, shouldering the responsibility of defending against environmental litigation, including cases involving EPA violations and Environmental Impact Statements, often working with the FAA and Water Departments.

Joseph’s extensive experience, unwavering dedication, and national reach make him a legal powerhouse ready to tackle even the most complex and challenging cases.
