Wallace Richardson focuses his practice on matters involving Personal Injury Protection issues– involving SIU, EUOs, Fraud, Material Misrepresentation, Properly Paid and other Qualification and Coverage Issues.  

Wallace earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a Minor in Political Science from Florida State University (FSU) and a Law Degree from the University of Miami School of Law.  While at FSU, Wallace became a member of the student government body and was elected as School of Communications Senator.  He was also a member of STAR (Students Teaching Alcohol Responsibility); Genesis (Leadership Development Program); and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Flambeau (School Newspaper).  At UM Law, Wallace clerked for several prestigious firms, held a Judicial Internship for a U.S. Federal Magistrate, and served as President of the Health & Law Society.

Wallace’s experience prior to joining the firm includes 10 years at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, engaging in criminal defense investigations, depositions, litigation and over 30 jury trials with great results. He developed excellent communication skills dealing with countless clients, law enforcement, judges, lawyers, and other court and correctional staff.

Wallace then decided to branch off into insurance defense litigation and worked as an associate with several insurance defense firms and most recently worked as a senior in-house staff counsel for a national insurance company, gaining valuable insight and experience as an insurance defense attorney.  Wallace’s experience with resolving complex investigatory issues, has given him the edge to quickly spot and resolve insurance coverage issues.

In his spare time, Wallace enjoys fishing with his dad, traveling with his family, writing and recording music, photography, and being a motivational speaker.
