overview

Jennifer Remy-Estorino is an accomplished civil litigator who has a established a diverse legal practice, handling a wide variety of cases, including transportation, commercial disputes, premises liability, negligent security, intellectual property, construction defects and insurance coverage/bad faith litigation. Her bilingual capabilities allow her to easily work with both English speaking and Spanish speaking clients. Jennifer’s experience in these areas includes personally negotiating and resolving many complex, multi-party disputes.

Over the course of her practice, Jennifer has not only tried many cases, but has handled hundreds of mediations for a broad range of clients. Her clients include D&O and professional liability insurers, automobile insurers, as well as companies of all sizes (including directors and officers). Moreover, Jennifer has defended her clients in both state and federal courts, and has extensive experience representing clients in defamation matters and hotly contested intellectual property disputes, as well as catastrophic injury cases.

While Jennifer has focused her career on trial practice, Jennifer is also experienced in appellate law, and has written appellate briefs and petitions and has argued before the Third District Court of Appeal. This experience assists her in anticipating potential appellate issues that may arise at the trial level. Jennifer earned her law degree in 2005 from Florida International University College of Law, and she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2001 from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

When she is not zealously advocating for her clients, Jennifer enjoys time with her husband and two young children.
