Kenneth M. Oliver

Equity Partner

overview

Ken Oliver began his career at Kubicki Draper in 1984, after graduation from law school. He practiced in the Miami office where he honed his courtroom skills, and in 1989, left Miami to open the Fort Lauderdale office. As the firm grew and expanded throughout the State, the need arose for an office in the Ft. Myers/Naples area, and in 2002, Ken moved to establish that office.

Ken is a seasoned trial lawyer who now devotes his practice to handling high exposure/catastrophic litigation. He has developed a reputation as a "go to" lawyer for clients with complex claims which require creative solutions to minimize exposure leading to favorable claim resolution or verdict. Mr. Oliver often accepts assignments prior to litigation and utilizes strategies that lead to early and efficient claim resolution and good faith claim handling practices.

In addition to his trial practice, Ken is a frequent lecturer and presents seminars to both clients and other practitioners on topics such as early claim resolution, general negligence, automobile negligence and good faith claim handling.

Ken has received an "AV Preeminent" rating by Martindale Hubbell.
