Michelle Krone started with Kubicki Draper in February of 2000. She is the Co-Chair of Kubicki Draper's Construction Practice Group and has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law since 2005. Michelle practices exclusively in the area of construction, including insurance defense litigation and transactional work where she has represented both national and local general contractors, subcontractor and design professionals in a variety of complex construction lawsuits, including pre suit and 558 phases, products liability issues, disciplinary matters and negotiation of contracts. Some of her work includes multi-million dollar condominium projects, large hotel construction and sports arena projects, including the negotiation of the contract for the renovation project at the Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium and more unique structures like the Exploration Tower at Port Canaveral. 

Michelle has represented construction clients in multi-party arbitrations and mediations and has presented at continuing education seminars and webinars related to construction matters. Michelle is also a Certified Arbitrator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Michelle is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University (B.A. 1996) and St. Thomas University School of Law (J.D. 1999).
