Steffen LoCascio primarily focuses on construction defect litigation, auto accident liability, and premises liability.
Steffen attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2012. To date, Steffen is a member of Florida Blue Key, a student honor and service society at the University of Florida. The organization focuses on leadership and public service to the university and the State of Florida.
After graduating the University of Florida, Steffen attended Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2016. During his time in law school, Steffen was a member of the Florida State Law Review and the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law. He also worked as a Certified Legal Extern at the Leon County State Attorney’s Office, serving as a prosecutor in the Felony Division.
Prior to joining Kubicki Draper, Steffen practiced at a civil litigation defense firm in Tampa primarily focusing on nursing home litigation, medical malpractice defense, premises liability and auto accident liability.
Originally from New York, Steffen moved to Naples, Florida at the age of 12, where his family still resides. Out of the office, Steffen enjoys spending time with his fiancé and dog, cooking, and playing sports. He is an avid fan of Florida Gators athletics and enjoys traveling to college football games.
